My name is Lauren, welcome to  Sacred Spirit .

Wellbeing is a connection that brings peace and tranquility and inner peace to this stressful everyday life we now live in., The therapies that I offer work on both physical and emotional wellbeing. I am a fully trained Reiki Master and also a practitioner in Reflexology , Indian Head Massage and Angelic Healing . Alongside this I also offer Workshops and Level 1 & 2 Reiki accredited courses. I am based in Brighton (Hollingbury/Patcham) area and I also have a treatment room in Preston Park.

I am a member of the IPHM and The Guild of Beauty Therapist  and fully insured.
